Not recommended. Worst day care Centre I ever seen.Koonar (Kan) the location Day care taker is worst, rude to kids (especially with my kids).When I asked about her behaviour she replied,” I’ll behave like this only”, if you like my behaviour keep your kids with us or else change your day care centre.Then I replied her if you refund my balance amount including my registration charges then I’ll look for another day care (as it happened with in 2 weeks of joining, so I don’t want to lose my amount because of her behaviour). As all this happened because their care taker behaviour.On Thursday 23rd Sept 2021 at 2:30PM Koonar was called me, and informed me harshly, that your kids are not allowed to come to day care from today (suddenly) and we are returning your balance amount including registration charges from fees paid.(Luckily, I was working from home on that day to take off my kids as they’re not feeling well, if not what would be my situation??? Please think wisely about the situation readers)I replied her my kids were not well today. So, anyhow they will not come today and requested her to allow them till I find new day care centre.She rudely replied to me that she not going allow them. Then I took time from my routines to take care of my kids and finding new place on urgent basis.Luckily I found a new day care which is very good in two days time. This time care taker is so good with my kids and responsible. She talks to parents also so nicely.After two days she refunded few dollars out of $ 1070. Means for 12 days charged randomly(billed unnecessary charges).When I asked her the details about charged money, she replied very badly and looked at me like a insect. I’m addition to it she complained to RCMP that I’m scaring her badly., Which not true in reality. Luckily, RCMP officer believed my words and understood my pain. Otherwise it would have another problem.After all this drama and long wait, management returned some money after realising the truth.The main reason for repeatedly asking the money (even though it is small) only because of Koonar behaviour and the way she talked to me and the way she treated us.Importantly, because of her behaviour my kids were scared to attend any other day care centres. Otherwise I would have left that.It took time for me to make my kids understand the situation and to feel comfortable to go to other day care.Luckily, the new care taker is good and my kids are feeling comfortable and secure in this new day care.I personally don’t recommend this day care with Koonar (Kan) supervision.They especially (Koonar (Kan)) is very rude and she will not always tell the truth to management. She tells only which benefits her.This is my painful experience with this day care centre. The same may be or may not with you.Rest you decide.
