Nishta Nunkoo was a pleasure to deal with. She clearly reviewed my order, finalized delivery of my stove (pickup of old stove) and charged the balance owing to complete the transaction. Looking forward to the delivery being just as smooth. Great people work for great companies!

Spoke with a Nishta Nunkoo from customer service. She was excellent. Probably got off my order number and was able to review my previous order from 2019 and 2020 without any issue. She also gave me advice as to who to contact in order to get replacement parts. Very professional.

The sales agent at CA was very helpful in providing options for our needs and very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable of the products we were shopping for. A few days later, I received a phone call from the call centre regarding the delivery of my appliances. When I told the agent that I was not ready to receive my appliances, she was very understanding, courteous and very professional. She was quick to suggest another date. I was very pleased with the service provided. The agent definitely represents the company very well. I would highly recommend CA as a store to go to for your appliance needs.

I received an excellent customer service from Yoven Mootoosamy. He was kind and was able to quickly solve my issue : a credit card refund for 2 clothes washer hoses that I was charged for but never received with the delivery.

July 6th,2023. I spoke with a young gentleman by the name of Yoven tonight about a stove we purchased in 2018. I did not have any information other than the name of the stove. He asked me my name and address at the time of purchase. After giving him the information he looked up and found everything I needed to know, including when our extended warranty ended. Which was last year. He also sent me a copy of the original invoice. It was so great to talk too someone who had the information I needed and didn't have to push a lot of button's to reach. Thank you again.

We called concerning an issue with an appliance bought nearly 4 years ago. We got through to a representative, Sonia Clair, without a wait. She was exceptionally helpful, finding our file almost instantly, volunteering information we would need to make a claim and following up with an email summarizing all the information she had provided. Such service seems rare these days and deserves to be highlighted.

Had a great customer service interaction with Diresh Seeboruth! He got my appliances booked and worked with me to find a good date that works for me and the company moving my appliances! Very friendly and upbeat customer service. My appliances arrived today and I am so happy with them. From Adam Abuiso in the sales office to the customer service and the guys delivering the appliances all around great job team!
