Having trouble with internet services, it got resolved so fast from calling the service, the phone conversation with tech person and solving the issue took only 5-10 min. The tech person was friendly, courteous and efficient. Great customer services!

Great service.As usual, I caused myself some grief trying to fix something myself, and completely messed up my Mac's performance and I was in danger of missing a critical client deadline. When I called, Ian from RTG calmed me down and quickly found the issue and fixed my problem. This is the second time I have had to call with an emergency and both times same great service and results!

I have used this company a couple of times and I have found them to be very responsive and professional. The service was very quick and easy. In one instance they had to come to my home to install wifi so that I could have coverage throughout my house. They arrived on time and were finished in no time, explaining the process in a manner that I could understand. The next time I needed help, the technician was able to log into my computer remotely and the whole process took under 20 minutes. I am most pleased with this company and I will certainly use them for all my IT needs from now on.
