U-Lock Mini Storage Nanaimo
We have had a storage locker on Wellington Road for over a year. When we went to clean it out last week, everything was dry and in great condition.The staff that work here are amazing, friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Our moving day was stressful due to multiple issues not related to the company, and they helped make it a breeze.Thankyou.

Spent hundreds of dollars here on boxes, they even said they’d return them no problem after a move if they’re in good shape — they refused. They were happy to take our money but wouldn’t give a little back because one piece of tape was on an unused box we tried to return.Absolutely take your business elsewhere. Learned from our mistake.

The girl staff members are very friendly and knew what they were doing. The guy, was a little too serious and was acting like a security guard trying to find something wrong so he can step in and fill you in on the rules and regulations . Was going to give an over all 3 butThen again one of the girls help me get my backpack back after I left it in office just as she was going home. That's why there's a 5 ,because of her.Thank you

U-Lock is the best. I've been renting an indoor unit for a few months. The staff are terrific, the premises are spotless - I'm pretty sure they have elves come in at night. I couldn't ask for a cleaner, safer place to store my stuff. I'm moving out soon, but would gladly recommend U-Lock, and will be coming back here should the need arise again. Thanks to all!! :)

I used this storage facility for a short time but overall very satisfied. Spotless facility so no concerns about infestations etc. Staff were super helpful, friendly and very efficient!!! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage space without second thought.

If you're looking for centrally located Nanaimo business and personal storage - this company staff are very professional to assist you. Rental unit spaces are kept very tidy & clean. Storage units have good size/height and handy wheeled storage trolleys to access in/out of building.

We have had several lockers at this location in Nanaimo for the last few years. The property is well managed, clean, safe and easily accessible. Renting storage was quick and easy. The temperature seems to be perfect inside and no issues with water or condensation. I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work!
