When it comes to what most people hate to do I am no different and my rag tag collection of worn and outdated swimwear drawer is testimony to that! After trying on everything in that drawer and placing it in the donation box, I went to Swimco in Metrotown and was waited on by a lovely woman named Crystal, who was efficient, courteous, professional, funny, compassionate, and brutally honest! Thank you for making my most dreaded shopping experience something I actually enjoyed! Together we found two great suits, a hat and a blue-stripe long sleeve hoody for my trip to Cancun (1) ZURA Bayside X-Front D Cup Tankini Topwith 2) boy short swim bottoms, 3) MAGICSUIT Lisa Underwire One Piece, 4) COVER ME Oceania Tie Dye Long Sleeve Hoddie Cover Up, 4) WALLAROO Women's Sydney Poly Braid Hat-Sydney Brown).All of which I felt great in, fit perfect and made me feel like I looked beautiful! After disposing of 6 swimsuit disasters I was glad and relieved to have met this sweet human being and to not feel ashamed or afraid to go for a swim, go snorkeling or diving, or just be comfortable lounging by the pool! I can't thank you enough! I will never wait so long again!

I have shopped here about 10 years ago and had a great experience. When I went on Feb 29 2020 I felt meh" about the place and suits. Not cheap...average one piece is about $130. They are definitely good quality suits. However

Thank you to Shannon, the sales lady who helped me. I went to to go look at breast forms to help me look a bit more normal after my double mastectomy. She was very kind and patient with me even though it was a bit emotionally overwhelming for me.

Great selection of swim-wear, but staff begrudgingly brushed me off when I asked for help.

I never write reviews for places but I had the BEST experience shopping here. I know bathing suit shopping can be awful but they helped with sizing in an awesome and positive way. They suggested different fits, suits, and sizes and were right there when I needed help. Just awesome.

Staff are friendly and offer helpful advice. I was able to try a different types of swiming suits before choosing one.

Prices were a bit more than I was willing to spend but lots of variety.

ABSOLUTE BEST customer service from the sales rep MONICA at METRO swim co! She was so professional and extremely helpful! My friend and I felt right at home in the change rooms with her assistance. She was honest about sizing and knew how to critique without offending. It didn’t feel like she was saying anything just for a sale! She was a lot of fun during the process and helped make us feel beautiful just as we are. Thank you Monica! I wish we could shop with her all the time :)

So I usually hate swim suit shopping.. But this time was actually so nice and pleasant! I wish I would of heard the girls name that was helping me bc she was awesome and funny! Thanks for making my experience a good one! Last minute shopping for a trip is always stressful
