Redzone Wireless

So far the customer service I have recieved is wonderful! They have followed through with answering my questions calling back when they said they will! I have worked in customer service field my whole career and I know it's hard to find good service. I had been working with another internet company that has lost my buinsess due to poor customer service and lack of communication and follow through. So thank you redzone for following through!

I’m turning the corner with Redzone. Prior to last Thursday my internet connectivity was via a tower on the Islesboro school. This was good when it worked. Several times per year however the internet went out and it was next to impossible to get information regarding the issue and when it would be rectified. The support people were very professional and nice but they didn’t have access to the status either! Much time was wasted on rebooting unnecessarily! Internet went out on 6/24 and again no information was provided until Wednesday 6/28. Andrew Weeks called to say Islesboro decided to replace the roof on the school and did not want the Redzone tower on the new roof. So he offered a new “cradle” option which connects with Verizon and the tech support people installed it the next day! It has been working without flaw and faster than the old system! I spoke with the business office this morning and they will credit me for the days I was without internet. I’m looking forward to a more positive experience with Redzone in the future!

I live in a rural area and no company would provide services. A Redzone representative happen to be in my area and I signed up for an appointment immediately. They hooked everything up within an hour with no issues. I have not had any issues with service, billing, etc.Redzone is amazing!!!

I've been using Redzone for over 4 years for my internet provider. I've NEVER been disappointed. The installation was quick and technician that came was very polite, and walked me through the process, all I needed was a modem. I also moved down to Portland 3 years ago from Augusta and hadn't called them yet . I tried my box down here in my current apartment and it worked like a charm. Also paying My bill monthly is very easy for me. I'm extremely satisfied with this local company and will continue referring my friends and family. Thank You Redzone ! Jessica Locklear

RedZone is a rapidly growing local company based in Rockland. Superior service, very few outages, and those I've experienced were resolved very quickly. I scored a free Roku when I signed up- nice!The dish receiver is surprisingly small, measuring about 8” x 10” and barely noticeable. When I moved from one apartment to another in the same building, they rewired my service at no charge.Anytime I called, the reps knew me and always had time for a friendly chat. What a wonderful experience speaking with tech support staff who speak English - and they're in Maine, not some foreign country.TBH, it's worth every penny of the ~$10 more each month than a popular competitor's wired service.

Very pleasant installation technician. Great customer service - was kept up to date with scheduling changes . And the service, meaning WiFi has been excellent so far.

We were a little hesitant to switch our Internet provider, because there is usually glitches when you go through the process. To our surprise it went very smoothly! We did not have to do anything and our internet continued without a glitch at less than half the price.

I have been having trouble running two TVs at once and I was calling to cancel. I spoke with a lady I think her name was gerry she was awsome, polite, nice and great to talk to at a time when I wasn't happy. She set me up to have outdated equipment replaced. i thought I was going to have to wait for weeks but she has them comming out in less the 48 hrs from when I called. Overall great experience so far. Great service! Hats off to Meghan and the Redzone service department. Had a minor cosmetic cable line issue. Called to report it and just like that, I'm now expecting a technician out to the house within a few hours to correct. Now that's top shelf service!
