Access Storage - East York

I was in need of storage use for the first time, so I have many questions and overall a full explanation of how the service works. Everyone was very helpful from the first call, specially Princess, which whom I had the most contact with. I was aso able to take advantage of one of their promotions at the moment. With that applied there was not really as second option in my mind about where to store my stuff :)

Great and understanding customer service, I had to store my stuff there longer than I expected but they adjusted the rate to reflect for just the time I used it rather than full cycles.

First time experience using storage facility due to moving.I must admit the whole process has been amazing from beginning to end. Bianca, the store manager is so helpful. I highly recommend using this place.

Received excellent service from the staff over the phone. The entire experience was smooth . I was amazed when they called to check missing lock on my unit. I was able to get onboard and offboard without having to go into office once.

Friendly staff, easy access, overall simple to rent a unit.Some of the pavement around the storage unit is uneven and needs to be redone.

Princess is amazing! Fast efficient service with a great smile. Recommend highly if you need storage!!!

No complaints about my experience with Access - responses from the company were prompt, access hours were great, and one time I didn't secure my lock properly and I was phoned the next time the units were inspected. Would recommend to others.

This was my first experience with a storage and it was a 100/10.When I was looking for a storage, most of these were very complicated to book and charged a lot just for a small place to leave your stuff, but here everything was great , they just called me with seconds when I opened a request, and everything was done in 5 minutes or less, everyone was super friendly and helped me with everything.I pay for a small store (around 5’ 5’) it turned out to be the perfect size for all my stuff.The place incredible and the 24/7 store is super helpful.I really recommend this place a lot and if I ever need them again, I won't hesitate to use this storage again.Thank you!

Would give 6 stars if I could. The team were helpful, friendly, prompt, and clear, the space was well kept and no issues with getting in, cancelling my subscription, etc. Would 100% recommend if you need storage.
