Beware of their false statements, and fake smiles. I feel very sorry for some of the employees of C&C Services. Upon working on my project, so many promises were made, and not kept. We had a 7 week duration being unable to contact them during a major rebuild. According to the owner, his dog had passed. Finding out later his dog passed before our project was even a project. Needless to say, they do not follow code, do not return calls, and do not hold up to their word. I wouldn't hire them to hang a picture after so much frustration. I now have work to do on my own to bring my property up to current building codes. C&C Services never once contacted us for changes being made to the property. Any good contractor would be on the phone before a nail was driven. They left debris all over the yard, had multiple subcontractors for work they did not do, and broken promises throughout. After the headaches we have endured over the last year, beware of whom you contact and move on from these folks. Their business address is a bar no one is at. Just wanted to get the truth out there for others to be aware of ahead of time.

They were very professional, helped me with any questions i had. The workers work hard, and in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them for any roofing, or siding jobs that you may need to have done.

The gentlemen who work there were easy to get along with, as well as prompt to respond to my questions about our project and its quote.

Unprofessional. Some of the workers used our yard as a bathroom. Never came back to clean up, we had to pick up dozens of roofing nails, water bottles, cigarette butts, etc. Tried to contact them, and got no response. Complained to the BBB, they told the BBB that they had contacted me and corrected all of our concerns, which never happened. Tried to contact them about some concerns over the work, and still no response from them. Beware!

C & C services did our brewery roof. They were fairly priced, hard workers, and timely. They took all my questions and even helped me patch a hole and didn’t add an extra charge. Good guys and will hire again on future projects. Check them out!

Cody and crew redid our restaurant roof and some other tasks, very solid work. Have recommended to others! Great pricing and timely work!

Great company. Excellent service

Cody and his crew came to Iowa to help out with the land hurricane “Derecho” that came through our city. They were very friendly and helpful and let us know they were a “one stop shop” and could help us fix up our house to be as good as new. After the repairs were started they were very hard to get a hold of and would not show up for weeks at a time. This was August of 2020 and now we are still waiting for our repairs to be finished and they are not responding to phone calls or texts.

While doing a project we called them out to assist with some of their equipment. Not only did they come out but they came out after hours to assist. Honest and fair pricing. I was very pleased with this company!!!

Great work on my house and siding. The quote was accurate and the work was spectacular. Great people to hire for any roofing or siding. I would recommend to anyone.
