Started off as a good experience with my original travel consultation... experience changed when my vaccine appointment was cancelled with no follow up booked and no regard to that fact that I needed this vaccine in a certain time-frame before my trip. Received conflicting information from staff about whether I could or couldn't come in which resulted in me having to book elsewhere - with no refund given for the inconvenience.

Karyn at the nurse Passport Health has a wonderful, welcoming energy that immediately makes to feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision regarding your travel health and protections. The advance online intake form was easy to use so she had all the information ready for my appointment.Also the downtown location is very convenient and near major bus stops for accessibility purposes.

Planning a 6 week trip to multiple areas in Africa is daunting to plan. Kate at passport health was extremely informative in helping to make choices for vaccines required or recommended. Yellow fever vaccines was readily available, as were option for cost effective medication acquisition. The parking however in Hamilton is horrid and should be covered it was $3 per half hour. Smaller areas have free parking or at the very least free with script. Safe travels!

The nurse we had (Kelly) was excellent in reviewing and explaining travel recommendations. She confirmed our individual preferences and was very respectful of our choices (my approach is much more conservative than my partner whom I was with). We got vaccines and international travel certificate and documentation to take home with us. The nurse acknowledged us when we arrived and started on time. Seemed like a lot of hand written paperwork that could perhaps be more automated, however, I would recommend this location .

I’ve been using this clinic since fall 2019, and my experiences have always been good! The nurses know their stuff, the paperwork is always clear, and prices for the actual vaccines seem reasonable. The waiting room and office is clean and comfortable. The vaccine admin fee on top of the booster/vaccine is high, I can’t lie about that part.
