I went to buy a huge amount of crickets and the guy tried to under count them. I asked for 500 crickets and they tried to sell me 174 of them. I made them count it out one by one

The bilingual staff here is awesome. They are helpful, honest and best of all personable. So far they've always had what I needed, for my dogs, cats or the scorpion.

We went to this place to buy a beta fish. We wanted a male fish, so employee brought us to a section when supposedly they were having male fishes in cups, they looked more than females, but they claimed that there were a different variety of male betta. We finished paying around $30 ($25 plus taxes plus $1 for keeping the plastic cup), we just realized later when we visited another pet store the same week (Chicco) that our beta is actually a female ,andw paid almost the double that actually a male beta fish cost in other stores. I never felt so scammed. Never come back to this store.

The only place in St-Jean that sells animals now. They have birds, rats, mice, gerbils, hamsters, fish, rabbits, reptiles, dogs and cats, and more.

Their knowledge about the animals are next to zero! Very good sellers in a sense that they will do anything to sell you as much as they can! Be careful!
