This is absolute must see place for anyone traveling in Quebec it is well worth the drive and recommended that you wait a little past dusk so you get the full effect of the lights as they illuminate the beautiful woods and exhibits.Every exhibit we saw was special in it's own way and catered to all ages, the visual and sound effects of the exhibits captured even my 2-year-old's attention as much as the adults and were top notchDon't forget to purchase tickets in advance which saves a little bit of a line up at the front, the park is actively adding another parking area for cars! The educational aspect of this journey is definitely one of the highlights it tries to teach about Canada's history and the matriarchical society which is at the heart of the Wendat universe. The walk itself is not long but longer, and you *may* end up carrying your child. (Our 5 year old was fine 2 year old needed carrying) I would say that it is stroller friendly and safe, we did see others with them! There are washroom facilities as well, enjoy!

Very nice experience! The quality of the animations/ videos is incredible.I highly recommend this place, book in advance and my recommendation is to take about 2 hours for the tour because sometimes there are a lot of people so take the time to wait to appreciate the show.I think it is a bit expensive for the short time it is, but I think it is worth the experience.

an immersive magical experience. gorgeous lights, beautiful music/sounds and above all, fascinating info about the Huron-Wendat history and culture. everything was very well done and tho a lil pricey, def worth it and anyway, happy to support Wendake tourism. id recommend having at least 1.5-2 hours to leisurely stroll and take in all the exhibits (and read the plaques at the beginning of the trail to truly appreciate what you’re seeing! you can scan QR code to access as well). we easily could’ve spent a few hours here. each exhibit is a few minutes long and on a loop so if you don’t catch the beginning you might have to wait for it to restart. you’re waking thru the woods so uneven grounds and it can get a bit dark even with the lanterns illuminating the ground so just a heads up for anyone with mobility/visibility concerns. we went after sunset for the full effects of the light show. you can drive & park or buy tickets with shuttle service from the upper town near chateau frontenac (your time will be more limited bc you’re at the mercy of the shuttle-still a good amount of time tho). there are restrooms and a little shop to buy drinks/trinkets.

Awsome experience about the culture of Wendat. You walk into the forest to here and see how the life of the Wendat was. I went in september and was a perfect tempature. Not to cold not to hot, just a light jacket. Perfect for a date or to bring children.

I found this place by accident and had a very good experience. It is recommended to buy tickets in advance. If you didn't buy it in advance, you may have to go back to your accommodation. It's a very fun and amazing experience to talk about a certain tribe in the outdoors with a beam or sound. It is one of the things I am highly satisfied with on my trip to Canada in 2022!

A beautiful and moving walk through the forest to learn about the Wendake people. Open in the evening, best to go after the sun sets. Make sure to dress warm! The experience features music throughout, amazing projections and storytelling. Takes about 1 hour to do the whole experience. It’s in a bit of a remote location so I recommend driving or taking a taxi. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely go again!

Worth the wait!! This place is absolutely gorgeous! Opinion, review: after info.Info:There are 7 'zones' in Ohnwa' Lumina. A zone (in Ohnwa' Lumina) is a landmark / place where you can see different light shows. Each zone is 3 - 4 walking minutes apart from each other. The trail is approximately 1 - 1.5 kms long. There is only 1 trail and there are lights illumating the trail to see where you're walking (obviously). You usually wait around 20 to 30 minutes to access the forest. You should buy ticket 2 days before you come here, if you buy too late, the place will be full. The tickets are around 10$ per kid and 25$ per adult.Opinion, review:My favorite zone of them all is the light stars trail, absolutely amazing with calming music, it gave me vibes of the Waitomo Caves, in New Zealand. My least favorite one is hard to tell, they are all fascinating... but I must say its the third (3rd) zone. It's an open-wall cabin with animal statues, smoke and white lights covering the forest around you. It's just a relaxing place for people that are already tired of walking a couple hundred meters.Well, I hope I helped people to know better this place. I highly recommend you to come here, absolutely amazing!

Beautiful way to experience the history of Wendake. Take time to read the plaques, scan the codes for more information to read later, and enjoy the light displays. Very enjoyable and well done.
