Incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend this store for your musical needs. You'll be well taken care of. The prices are fair and the selection is decent. It’s one of the smaller stores in the franchise, but it’ll still meet all of your needs. Well done!

I got amazing service today. I came in looking for a guitar pedal for my Daughter. The White Rock store did not have the pedal I was looking for and the Woman that helped me(forgive me, I forgot her name) called Winnipeg and Halifax to find it for me. That Women went the extra mile for and I really appreciate the effort. I am in the market for a Bass and will definitely go to the White Rock L&M for it after today's experience.

I’ve shopped Long & McQuade’s all over Canada and it’s always a great experience.Excellent shop, friendly & knowledgeable staff, sold me what I needed and didn’t push for what I didn’t, I’m super-thrilled with my Ukulele & she sounds beautiful! It's not a big deal for the clerk to be unfamiliar with his job, but there is no apology and negligence for the trouble caused to the customer by his own mistakes. I can't understand, how can I convince me that I will come back to you again?

Little back story I had two Taylor Guitars that both had the same malfunction in the neck! Wild. But Gerald the Manager was very accommodating and went above and beyond and out of his way to assist me in the process. He deserves a Raise!!The other staff are all fantastic as well. Ive never had such a good and warm environment while shopping for music supplies. I fully trust Long&McQuade and I will never buy another guitar from anywhere else! Thanks guys and keep on rocking in the free world..hopefully!

Services in stores are very good. Lessons are good but the only disadvantage is that they don't have a person at the front desk for lessons. Anything needs to go through emails and in queue for responses.

I had to return a keyboard which I didn’t un register, which makes it hard for the store to do the return. I had driven 45 minutes and I was floored I would have to return back home and then come back. One of the employees Chloe was kind enough to call the company and sort it out. Staff going beyond there job.
