I had a great experience with this business. The gentleman was polite, honest, and reliable. I asked for his assistance in replacing the battery in my Blackberry and couldn't be happier with the results. Everything was explained and worked out as described. Would recommend.

I was devastated to have discovered one of my guitar pedals was damaged by Westjet during transport. It was a simple soldering job but I didn’t want to risk further damage so I called around and ended up taking it to Brad at Universal Electronics. Not only did he take it back and solder it back together but he did it while I waited. Its not only cell phones, Brad can fix anything. Thank you for getting this done s quickly for me. I really appreciate it.
