These guys are great! I've had many alterations done there , mostly hemming pants and every time it's perfect.

I have been bringing my clothes for dry cleaning here for a couple years and never had an issue until recently. Unfortunately, it was not resolved professionally or politely. I found 3 of my pants damaged and stained after dry cleaning. They would not take responsibility, claiming since the green tag was removed there was no proof it was dry cleaned by them. I showed them the receipt but they still would not take responsibility. I would not bring in clothes and falsely claim they had dry cleaned them there. But since there were no tags attached, it was their opportunity to refuse taking ownership of the issue. They then claimed the damage was food stains and cannot be dry cleaned properly. The clothes needed to be washed first. If this was the case, do they not inspect the clothes before and after cleaning? They claim they do, but it is hard to see the stains. I checked my clothes prior to bringing them in and in actuality, there were no food stains visible and they were stains clearly visible afterwards, along with obvious damage. They then offered to clean them again, but said they would have to charge me. I am not going to pay again to clean pants that were damaged and stained by them. After being a loyal customer, I was very surprised at the poor customer service. They did not care about the situation or the fact that I was not happy and would no longer be a Customer. Very disappointing. It is so important that a business treat their customers with respect and take responsibility to resolve issues or concerns. This was not done. A warning to all those that use their services; they will not take responsibility and you are at risk of receiving damaged and permanently stained clothes after cleaning. If you value your clothes I must suggest you find a reputable Dry Cleaner that will properly care for them.

Not a good experience hereI bring my wedding gown for alternate and repair …when I went to picked it up the lady was not there …I picked it up from the guy … I couldn’t try it on because of her absence so I paid the balance when I came home and try on the dress the stitching is not neat , the loop is very short …. I had to take back the dress to herShe doesn’t have patience and listening to what I was mentioning to her what I need to be done … She is too much busy & in hurrySecond time I went to pick up the dress she said come Monday , I go TuesdayShe forgot about me & didn’t fix my dress …again I am mentioning to her I want it done neat ….she is not reliableI went back on Wednesday to pickup she said if I try on she don’t have time to fix the loop for me ….and went on her machine again she didn’t fixed the stitches…Her worked is not neat and she is not professional …. I am not going back there again

Zero stars an option? I gave them my 2 outfits to be altered for a wedding earlier on in the week (Wed). I asked them to alter both these dresses and dry clean one of them. The lady said that she might not have time to clean and we agreed that I would pick up the outfits on Friday, if it wasn't clean. Saturday morning arrives and I go to pick up my outfits around 10:00 am.They pretend to look for my outfits, they cant find them so they so they tell me to come back at 5 pm. I come back at 5:15pm to pick up my outfits for the wedding I have the next day. They cant find my outfits, they searched between all of their clothes and finally find it. NOTHING IS DONE, they hung my outfits in a random area, so now not only is my clothes not done, they close in an hour and I've already been to this location twice today and they have no time to clean my outfit because they send out the clothes and it's a 3 day turn over period. She quickly did a hack job, did not cut off the extra material to alter the dresses and then still decide to charge me?!?!?! THEY JUST TOOK OFF THE CLEANING COST. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WITH MY CLOTHES UNTIL 5:30PM AND KEPT EXCUSING THEMSELVES BY SAYING THEY WERE BUSY!! This is by far my worst experience with any business ever. No thanks, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where they owners/ workers are more reliable and have better business practices.

Great service, friendly and accommodating if I needed something in a rush. I've never had a problem with any of the staff, the complete opposite in fact, they are kind and very friendly. They've done dey cleaning and alterations and I've always been happy with my clothes.

Every time I need alterations or clothing repairs done, I come to Central Park Cleaners and they complete it in a timely manner and at a reasonable price!

This tiny little store wedged in between Shoppers Drug Mart and Pizza Pizza is fantastic! I love the service, price, professionalism and friendliness they treat their customers with. Providing alterations and dry cleaning services, I have been a customer for several years and have been impressed with the skill and care they've delivered the years. The sweet young lady who is the main seamstress and also the life blood and heart of this place is magnificent. Her approach and precision with which she talks and greets and smiles at everyone who enters through those doors is what makes this place such a success. Magic!

I brought in my Canada Goose Belcarra jacket, due to having some stains on it that appeared to be an oil based substance. I figured I had sat somewhere that caused this stain on the back of my coat. I brought my jacket in and showed it to the owner and he said he will do his best to remove the stain. I dropped it off I believe on a Thursday and it was ready for pick up on the following Wednesday, as I didn’t need it in a rush. I was very worried as I believed the stain wouldn’t come out, but to my surprise, the jacket looks brand new again. All the stains on the jacket have been removed and it looks great. No indication that a stain had been there previously. I definitely will use their service again, this made my day.
