I recently ordered a load cell from them. They not only took their time sending me the load cell, it was the wrong one after they assured me it was going to be the right one (part # provided). I sent it back and they charged me shipping for both ways on their mistake. I then ordered one directly from Avery Weightronix and it was nearly half the price that Allweigh charged me. Steer clear unless you like over paying for people to get it wrong.
