Service de m…. Les problèmes s’additionnent et aucune compétence pour régler ceux-ci, incapables de retourner des appels, incapable de donner des réponses pourtant très simples. Vraiment le pire service et ce, entendu de la part de plusieurs acheteurs. La liste de problèmes est longue et au lieu de les régler, Action VR sont forts pour les empirer!

My husband and I were going to buy a toy hauler from Action VR (we are from Ontario) and the weights ended up not working out. Allan helped us and was wonderful. He tried to make another RV work for us but unfortunately we were not able to get one in time that worked. I would highly recommend buying from this dealer and also recommend Allan (hope I am spelling that correctly). If we are in the market in the future, you will have my business.

Le service est vraiment excellent et honnête et le personnel courtois et attentionné. J'ai acheté une roulotte d'occasion venant de ce concessionaire et j'ai décidé de continuer à faire les entretiens et le service chez Action VR. Je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à acheter mon prochain VR à cet endroit.
