I have had several projects completed by this excellent company over the past few years. New windows, complete roof, and most recently an addition and garage. The team works well together to ensure top quality finish and great attention to detail is taken. Communication of time lines and sub trades is excellent. Darcy and his team followed up with us both during and after the project to make sure everything exceeded expectations. I'm sure I'll have another project soon for this excellent team.

We were unable to proceed with our project but this rating is based on the team's initial visits.Abram came to visit a couple times and did an exceptional job with gathering all the information, asking the right questions and provided a comprehensive quote.The communication was easy and direct.Very professional and on time.

Unrelaible and dishonest.

Had this company replace most of the windows in our house. Initially it seemed that all was good but the issue came with the service after the installation. There were several leaks that showed themselves and then a window pane cracked (this was obviously a manufacturer defect). It was very difficult to get them back to repair the poor installation and they never dealt with the cracked pane. We then were involved in the 2019 spring flood which took over our lives for a full year. Then came Covid and now the manufacturer (Gentek) tell me that the window is no longer under warranty and that we will need to pay to fix/replace it. Buyer beware!

Darcey and Quality Homes do a nice professional job. I highly recommend them.
