Be warned. We have been fighting for accountability from the Kelowna and Penticton offices for years. Their solution" has been to ignore us and hide behind legal clauses. They made substantial errors in our taxes and in surplus income calculations that have cost us tens of thousands of dollars and enormous amounts of time and stress. I have even escalated the problems and requested assistance from higher up at BDO

Terrible company. Inflated my girlfriends consumer proposal. Ended up paying 100 % of debt instead of 50 % which is what was told to her. Why? Because the more debt you have to pay off the more money BDO makes. Extremely shady business practice.

Will be billed for emails and phone calls substantially when inquiring on questions an accountant should be able to answer. Personally tax filing rates up two years in a row. One reassessed, money owed. Tripled the price of filing when a rental property was added.

So many issues, I'm not sure where to begin. Oh, I know. The fact that I've been discharged and they're still somehow getting my gst cheques.Find a different company.
