I have a new puppy and came in the store with many questions as we have not had a puppy in ten years. She was so knowledgable and very patient with all the questions I had for her. I was blown away by the kindness shown at this store. They were very helpful to all customers and even put on a mask when they saw my son and I had ours on. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. We saw them help customers carry items to their cars while we found our items. There was even a price mix-up and they gave us the lower price. The homemade dog cookies are also super cute! I'm definitely making a point to go here when I need pet supplies, I hope you'll check out this store too!

Treated my pup to Bone & Biscuit for his birthday, and the service was amazing, such a pleasant experience. My dog was quick to pick out his own stuff but got really good advice for durable toys and healthy food/ treat options! Everything was also priced good! The gentleman there even helped carry some bags out to my vehicle ( using proper covid protocols of course :) ) we will be back for sure!!! Thank you for such great service!!

An amazing place..... While my daughter was in the medical walk in a few doors down a man came out to our car and gave our dog Copper a treat. We always wanted to check out the St. Catherines location but now that we found it local we will be back. The treats.... Well the treats looked amazing. We picked up some treats including Sweet Paws Bakery Peanut Butter Bark Bites which according to him they are very edible for humans. I couldn't resist and YUM.Amazing customer service by both employees or Owners.Kevin

Great location, great store (clean, bright, organized). We buy our Back2Raw food here and have been doing so for 18 months or so.Hope everyone is ok as I noticed the temp closure today (8/17) when I stopped by to pick up some more food for our pup.

I stumbled upon this pet store because I am new in Welland and I was looking for a particular brand of cat food for my cats. They kindly ordered the large bag in for me as well as a large bag of the brand of litter I use. They are so pleasant and they even help me to the car! I will be shopping there from now on. The excellent service we get each time is why we make a point to come here even though there are a few pet stores closer to our home. The gentleman that works here (the owner?) is kind and knowledgeable, and recognizes us as soon as we say we're buying Orijen Original. The extra care and acknowledgement is appreciated!
