Rogers

I went in to Rogers to switch my business plan from Bell and usually it is a hassle, but Zita was able to complete the process very smoothly. Her professional service was great and I really apprecaite it.

Very unreliable staff. Very disappointing service.

Agent in store gives out completely incorrect details regarding details of my plan and pretend that I was wrong when I pointed out the inconsistencies. Save yourself some time and temper and go to the store in Metrotown instead.

Came in to get an e-SIM. I didn't have photo ID (getting renewed). But they sold me the e-sim and asked me to try calling the call centre. that didn't work but I grabbed my ID went back to store and they helped me set it up. Which, I'm glad they did because the card didn't work the first time and they had to issue me a new card. All three staff were huddled around me and helping me out. They all seemed friendly and welcoming. Small shop, nice people.

Terrible customer service

Extremely unhelpful staff. When we walked into the empty store both employees were on their phone and did not acknowledge us. Inquired about a plan renewal we were texted about and the employee helping us didn't give any information and said that the plan was unavailable and kept pushing monthly plans. When asked what was including in the plan she told us to call 611 ourselves as she didn't know. Ended up leaving and going to the metrotown location for help and low and behold, the plan we were looking at was available and they were willing to help us set it up and explain the offer. Guess all they want is commission on their end since we were going for one of the cheaper plans. Go to metrotown, don't waste your time in Crystal Mall

Excellent service and helpful.

Service is not good, I saw fido has 50 dollar for 4G plan and I am a rogers's customer. I ask if i can get the same plan in rogers.They told me to go to Fido.They only wants new customer to sign the plan and doesn't care existing customers.

Horrible costumer service. They were super unhelpful and didn’t not know their business at all. A very frustrating experience.

Wish I could give this place less than one star. This is a must avoid location, as they will deceive you and try to have you purchase merchandise, phones and plans, while not helping with the set up. I have known friends who have used this Rogers by mistake and ended up frustrated because they could not get on the network properly. Do yourselves a favour, use the Rogers in Metrotown, as this Dealer" is going to lead to some serious headaches."
