The music centre belongs to University of Calgary and is a little old, compared to the builds of other universities. But it is ample sized, has good lighting and sounds arrangements and has somewhat if a stadium sesting arrangement.Since it is right in the middle of the entire university campus, you have plenty of paid parking available.

Beautiful theater, nice arrangement, back stage and green room are really useful. Love it.

Cozy, safe place for my son's school band concert. Lighting and sound system is fantastic... The concert was like a family gathering; everyone was happy and proud of each child's performance.

Went to watch the Honour Band show at the Alberta International Band Festival. A nice venue for this type of a show though I am tall and the chairs were a little small for someone my size.

I recommend arriving early to get a spot in a nearby parking lot, although we found the parkade and paid $11 from 3:30 - 11:00pm.The theatre was tricky to find but worth the search. It is bright and welcoming, including a ramp from the street, a drop-off spot out front, and wheelchair accessible buttons to open the doors. The theatre itself is large yet intimate with very comfortable seating. The acoustics for the One Voice Chorus and Calgary Mens' Chorus were excellent, as was the lighting, thanks to an experienced and focused crew. The concert was meaningful, playful, and a joy to attend. I was the lady with a box of tissues, which I put to good use during several of the songs.I highly recommend this theatre, and especially these two choruses next time they perform!

Great venue. Nice quality of sound. Lovely hospitality. Sunday-parking has good access, but is incredibly expensive!
