Innovative Fitness Downtown Vancouver

The staff at Innovative Fitness Telus Garden are the most friendly and motivating group I have ever seen at a gym. You can tell they care about each client and are super good at reading the room. The facility is always kept in mint condition and the equipment is very well organized. I am so happy to be apart of such a cool and unique little community and would recommend anyone and everyone to join!

My experience at Innovative Fitness has been very positive! The place has very nice vibes, from the moment you walk in by the door, you feel welcomed by the whole team, especially Golnar who’s always very cheerful and encouraging. I’ve been to multiple gyms before, but none of them had that friendly welcoming atmosphere. This makes me look forward to going there and working out, and has helped me stick to my fitness plans. The place is so clean and has everything you need, and I never had to wait for any equipment. I would recommend IF to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals!

I was happy with them but recently they charged my credit card $6300 for renewal without getting my authorization. They say that they sent an email with the invoice. How can a business charge you without getting your authorization?It's so unprofessional that some businesses use these tactics to generate revenue. It ruins the trust of customers.An important part of working out is feeling good about yourself. What Innovative Fitness has done makes me feel bad about everything and that defeats the whole purpose.

I started a month ago, and I had never worked out with a personal trainer before. I use to have a hard time to get up to go to gym, but for some reason it feels so natural to me right now. The staff are so friendly and competent at what they are trained to do, and the environment it’s really welcoming, it makes us feel like we belong there. The gym has so many small details of care that convinces me that it’s worth the price.I can clearly see the difference on my evolution by working out with a professional. I’m really happy and satisfied with everything. Thanks to IF team ♥️

The credit goes to my coach, Dylan, who is not only experienced but also incredibly welcoming. He has a remarkable ability to tailor the exercises according to my limitations, which has resulted in setting new personal bests every week, despite my previous injuries.Additionally, the Rock Star in the front office, Goli, has been incredibly helpful, kind, and punctual. Her presence has added to the overall experience and made it a seamless and enjoyable journey. I would highly recommend IF DT to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience.

Innovative fitness is a whopper gym! The facilities in the gym are extraordinary (super nice mouse in ladies bathroom) Isobel is the best personal trainer I’ve come across to this day. Shes pushes you to your limits. Also had the pleasure of dealing with Aidan the sales manager who sorted me out with a sick package! Overall great experience would recommend !

I am so happy that i made this decision and signed up, Isobel is absolutely the best PT! i used to have gym anxiety and now it’s all gone! She has the best positive and uplifting energy!
