Jose offered a professional opinion on tire replacements for my wife's bike. He was very helpful and articulated his reasoning very well to a layman. He replaced the tire on the spot, and I was on my way within 15 mins. Excellent customer service.

I am a pretty novice cyclist. I went here to get a bike fit to get a better set up for me. What a wonderful experience to be at a shop where you were treated so respectfully even when asking the basic questions. Nick did an amazing job with the fit—so precise and detailed. I am feeling better on my bike already! I learned so much while I was there thanks to Nick and Gilles. Great vibes at this place. Highly recommend!

Purchased my first Pinarello at Cranked in Airdrie. Nick and Gilles are really friendly and knowledgeable, and quick at getting back to me with my many questions. They guided me throughout the experience and made it really enjoyable. I highly recommend getting your body geometry fit with Nick; the most comprehensive I have seen thus far - a must!

I was able to find a GIANT XTC Junior DISC 24. I order the bike directly from the Giant Website. I've never order a bike online before but they had 1 at Cranked in Ardrie. I purchased the bike online on a Friday. I got a call on Tuesday the following week telling me the bike would be ready for pick up later in the day.I picked up the bike the next day and the bike was ready at the front desk. The gentleman that helped me offered me a maintenance package for $50. The package was unlimited tune ups for the bike for as long as I own it. I thought that was a great deal. I live in NW Calgary but I can easily make the drive out to get the bike tuned.Before I took the bike away he put the bike on the stand to give it a once more over. The bike was mint and I'm super happy with the purchase. Really nice bike shop and good service.

Only place that would try and then fixed my walmart and later London drug E bike. friendly staff good choices to buy E or normal bike. Plenty of parking and convenient location. My recommendation is never buy online or from large retailers that do not support their E bike when it brakes.

Just bought my second bike from Cranked. I go back for the patient and welcoming customer service. Nick and Jeff gave me several options to try for my price range and in the end I chose a Norco Search. I’m not sure I believed the hype around gravel bikes until I rode it. It’s responsive and multi use- I’m in love✌️. I’m also a huge @smithoptics fan and they walked me through different lens choices. Very happy with my new Smith’s. Go to Cranked- it’s a no pressure environment and they truly want you to enjoy your bike.

It snowed the day I picked up my new bike, and I love that my first rides have all been in the snowy Canadian Rockies! Buying a dream bike is a big moment and a big commitment. It was a blast to go through the process with Nick and Gilles - from bike selection, design, and bike fit - I knew that I was going to get exactly the right bike, built the way I wanted it. As a taller rider I had concerns about getting the right bike to fit my body, and didn’t wanted to spend any time or money on a bike I regretted in any way. I felt like Nick heard my concerns and helped make sure the geometry of the bike, the gearing and components were all going to work to get me riding the best fitting bike and best performing bike for me.And oh man does this bike live up to the hype!!! Thanks Cranked for going through the process - love this thing and would recommend anyone looking for expertise in the process to work with you guys!

My wife and I recently had Nick professionally fit us to our existing bikes. The experience was profound. Nick went through every little detail with us. He was able to correct numb hands, feet and increase performance.It was like getting a new bike, the difference in ride comfort was amazing! We are able to take on longer rides and enjoy the experience even more!
