Who ever you are that worked Tuesday May 5th/2020 @ 9:30 am. You need to pull up your socks and be kind. Saying you don't have time for me when I call is beyond rude! Nothing serious? WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER SERIOUS? Losing customers! That's serious! NO way in hell will I come back. You just lost a good customer! No Stars here!

On march 7th i went to buy my 6 cartons of elite lights and they didnt have any so gentleman said we have the ultra lights so i grabbed them. When i got home to geraldton i noticed all 6 cartons were open.Every pack of cigarettes the plastic on them were loose and smokes were stale..I called to tell them and they said sry no returns.I am not impressed with ur customer service cause im sure the whole box would be bad and not only my 6 cartons..Anyone else have this issue? Thats 150.00 wasted...

Earlier this week I wanted to check out this place and found myself lost as the bridge was closed. Gentleman that answered the phone took the time to give me adequate directions and was very patient... was very friendly in person and I had an excellent experience! Thanks! 9:15 am on a Saturday & NO ONE HAS OPENED THE STORE!!! Customers fedup & leaving because NO STAFF TO OPEN STORE!!!! If you advertise that you're open 9 am til 9 pm 7 days a week then you should operate your business as such.

I would give zero stars if I could. Owner is lying to people about the quality of the smokes sold by competitors in hopes of gaining more customers. This a very shady and unprofessional business tactic and I know that myself and my family with never do business with the owner Steve. So very disappointed.
