I want to start off by saying this is the only McDonalds on my commute, and I’ve been a McDonalds coffee drinker for years. Every weekday that I go through the drive through, whoever that lady is with the drawn on eyebrows is nothing but incredibly rude. From gesturing me to hurry up to the window (when there’s a car still proceeding ahead of me,) to reaching as far out the window as she can to essentially place the debit machine on my lap IN MY CAR, this woman has no end. Every time I come though it’s unwarranted complaint after complaint about how “people are mad because [thing you didn’t order or ask about] isn’t on sale so bear with us,” or “thanks for waiting our butts are getting handed to us.” Yesterday after a younger woman took my order at the speaker box, confirming and double checking they had my muffin, Eyebrow Lady still felt the need to scream from the first window to the second one, leave while I’m trying to pay, then come back and tell me “it’s all good I just double checked we had that muffin for you,”— like, WHO asked? They confirmed for me at the speaker? Today was a 20 minute wait in the line, which yeah I get it’s busy sometimes so I really don’t mind waiting, but when my order was being taken and Eyebrow Lady comes over the speaker, interrupts not only me, but the woman who is taking my order, it just makes her even more unpleasant to deal with.Also, the amount of food thats been forgotten from my orders (again, happens, I have no issue going in and getting it fixed,) only to be ignored at the counter by people doing their nightly tosses of donuts/muffins (at the counter I’m standing at,) for upwards of 5 minutes only to be eye-rolled and sighed at.Too bad they never give a receipt at this place or maybe I’d be able to contact the owner.If I could go to LITERALLY any other McDonalds within the same timeframe and not be late for work, I would. But as I cannot, I shall have to deal with Eyebrow Lady.

I've stopped here a few times over the past month while using the Tesla supercharger across the street. It's a great location for stops while driving along the 401 with all of the options in these plazas.Overall pretty typical of McDonalds along busy highways outside of major cities; it gets very busy and the drive-through can be incredibly slow, and the quality of the food is a bit worse than most McDonalds locations i.e. those in towns or cities rather than in rest stop areas. Most of my visits, I've placed a mobile order while walking here from across the street, and selected to pick it up for take-out at the counter. These orders have gone pretty well, they were all ready reasonably quickly despite a fair amount of drive-through traffic. One breakfast sandwich was decent, the other had really cold cheese and bacon. Had a good chicken wrap, but fries have been a stale and with barely any salt on them.The one time I've used their drive-through, I hugely regretted it; it wasn't busy at all, there were maybe about 5 cars ahead of me at the pickup and payment windows and around there, since there were no cars at either of the order speakers I thought it'd be pretty quick, and I was just getting fries. However, while my order was taken quickly at the speaker, for 12 minutes afterwards there was literally zero movement in the drive through. It doesn't make any sense--if the car at the pickup window had a huge order that was taking so long, why not park them so that other cars with smaller orders can pay and pickup their food? Since then I've been doing mobile orders in-store which has worked much better, but it would be great if they can work on their drive-through service standards.

Pulled up to the second window for a young blonde hair girl to be absolutely ignorantWent to pass me 5 drinks with no trayI requested a tray and she rolled her eyesSlammed the window shutI honked my horn as we were missing half our meal and she opened the window and goes, what’s up.Doesn’t complete our order and got the manager to come deal with us. No one was being rude to the staff but the manager stepped in with no apology, nothingBeyond unprofessional, rude and mind blowing this is the standard of management here

Kierra at the Drive-Thur window was amazingly prompt & polite was her efficient service. I had my meal in seconds and she put a smile on my face!! I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know!! Kuddos for her dedication and work ethic, ill be going to this location for the rest of my life!!

Great location, just off the highway and right by a couple of gas stations (actually collocated with the petro-Can) exactly what drives in what I can only assume would be a good amount of business, I've been on a bit of a mission recently, doing my best to avoid using the on route stops as I commute from Toronto-Ottawa and this was a neat find. I'll be back, its saved in my map route.

Got half our order at secondary pickup window of the drive through but bag was covered in ketchup. (only car in drive through). When they finally realized they forgot our drinks they brought them and we pointed out the goop on the bag of food. They asked if wanted a new bag which we did, no apology or nothing. Food was still good though so 2 stars.

Ordered the muffin and coffee combo deal but was charged separately for each item. Only about $1 difference in price, and the staff seemed backed up and completely preoccupied with the drive-through orders so I let it go. I will not return. The other two locations in Trenton are much better run.

The staff are very quick as they need to be for the morning and lunch rushes. I go there at least 2 times a week and never had problem. I have heard some say their order was missing items or messed up somw other way but they are getting people through so quick that mistakes can happen. I also heard from these people that when they called they were made whole plus aomething for thier inconvenience. Upstanding staff and managers

Standard fast food, consistent above average quality, the chain in general is delivering less and less for more and more money. $50.00 to feed 2 people hamburgers and fries, pop, drinks and and ice cream, is not something affordable anymore.
