Very very slow service. Staff is very nice and few are bilingual which is great for tourists out of province. However, the service and time it takes to have food prepared is unacceptable.

This has got to be one of the worst Tim's for ordering inside. The people pretty much only did drive-through orders and I waited an hour for a bagel and wrap. I wasn't the only one: there were 20 other people waiting inside for the food. I'm not sure how it wasn't apparent that people were waiting. Opt to go elsewhere.

Only drive through.Long waiting line. No english at all. The person who is accepting orders could understand even “Boston cream”. Seriously?

Although listed open for dine-in through the Tim's app they once again go against that and close their doors to walk in customers.The reason it's again is because this location on a regular basis will close any aspect whenever they don't feel like serving customers. I've been living here for 2 years and they will hide in the back rather than talk to customers in the drive thru, they will close their doors whenever the drive thru gets busy. And even when calling to complain they will disregard everything i say and provide no reason for their lack of service.I do speak french when I'm there for those who might think that has something to do with service.

Food is always good. Although service wasn't great this time. They got our order wrong and blamed it on us for it... I understand you can have a bad day, but at least take the blame for it. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the employees.
