I visit this vape street location atleast once a week, the staff are always friendly and helpful, I appreciate these guys

Kind of a mixed review with a one off situation. I've gone here for a while and love the store and the staff. The juice and selection is great as well however today I ran into a major issue. I got the house brand of juice and went to fill my vape however the top piece to fill it was not clicked on all the way causing the ENTIRE BOTTLE to empty into my eyes. I am currently in the hospital with a haze over my vision and am hoping I heal fully. The last 4 to 6 hours my eyes have been BURNING UNCONTROLLABLY and the skin around my eyes and eye lids is completely raw. There has been an issue with these tops for a while and I'm really hoping after this incident they change the bottles. I love the store and the dudes who work there but this issues is just too big for me to write off as an unfortunate incident considering I am in excruciating pain, have temporary partial vision loss(at this point). They guy working was cool and gave me another bottle to replace the one that emptied into my eyeballs and shout out to him for that. Will update review in future once I speak with management and have a better idea on my recovery situation.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tall guy with glasses was super helpful and full of recommendations for juices. Definitely going to be returning!

Staff member that helped me today was a young man in his 20s and he was incredibly knowledgeable about all of my questions (even though squonking has been out of style in the vape game for a couple years now). He knew what he was talking about. Furthermore, I felt that he went above and beyond to give me a positive experience as a customer - I felt like I was treated as a regular" at the store. Prices were very fair as well. Give this place your business

Came to the new location they opened up a few months ago, great staff, great selection of juice. Forgot to rate and leave a review. Definitely going back when I'm in town. Lmao to the guy rating 1 star for the parking. Stooopid.

One of the more expensive vape stores. The store feels a bit crowded and the service I received there was mediocre and I plan on not going back to this one just based off of those things. Why spend more when you can drive a block or 2 away and get the same product at a lower cost?

The prices are good but they haven't had stock of Stealth Pods in the flavour/strength I've been looking for, going on 3 months now. I am taking my business to literally any gas station at this point as their stock has been way more reliable.
