I have been using Aldergrove Travel for over 20 years and have used them to book numerous business and personal trips. Joan and Laura take the stress and confusion out of coordinating and booking all aspects of travel. They are extremely easy to work with. I wouldn’t book a trip with anyone else!

Laura is amazing! She has travelled so much herself that she is very well versed on the best locations etc. in a variety of places. When we went to Italy she had us staying in walkable locations in both Florence and Rome. When we went on a cruise, she recommended an awesome art deco hotel right downtown South Beach before departure. We recently booked a trip to Mexico with Laura and she did an incredible job of helping us navigate the new pandemic requirements. Her expert advice and efficiency has saved us tons of time and money. I will not be booking travel without Laura, especially during this pandemic! Laura and Joan are worth their weight in gold.

I can't say enough about Joan at Aldergrove travel. My husband and I have booked a couple of trips through them and have nothing but good things to say. Thank you for persevering with long hours of wait times to book it for us during covid times.

Joan was very knowledgeable and answered our travel questions completely. I was impressed at how fast we received a response, the very next day! Joan was able to suggest several hotel options and outlined extra costs (resort fees); what was involved in renting a car; activities we might enjoy and tips to save us money concerning luggage and seat choices on the plane. The owner and her assistant are amazing they spent over four hours with me trying to find flights to Izmir in Turkey for myself and our dog, it was a complicated booking as I had to book my husband's flight from Izmir to Vancouver so I was very impressed to leave this travel agent knowing the flights were booked for my Husband to return to Vancouver and for my Husband, myself and our pooch to fly together back to Izmir, I would highly recommend this travel agency as they go above and beyond. Would I use them again, you bet I will, in fact I am going to get them to book a flight for my Husband to go back to Canada....They are the best without a doubt.

I have relied on Joan and Laura for all my travel needs for MANY years and have consistently been delighted with their friendliness, knowledge, efficiency and attention to detail. Recently I was overwhelmed with trying to organize a trip for my nieces to visit. I phoned Joan and within half an hour flights and accommodation were booked!
