Rockwood Garage Doors

We just had the absolute best experience with Steph and Jay from Rockwood Garage Doors. Our garage door wouldn’t close after my husband left for work this morning. Within 30 minutes of calling Rockwood, Jay was here fixing the door. Not only did he fix it quickly, but he also let my 3yo play along with him - hammering, opening and closing the garage door for him to test. Highly recommend Rockwood!

New garage door and opener installed. Looks great and works great! They even spent more time than they should have to help me with a programming issue due to my wi-fi router. Very much recommended!

We had Rockwood replace our horrendous garage door that came with the place when we bought this house and they were absolutely amazing. Steph was so great to deal with. They are very honest and don't try to upsell, as in, they make sure you get the right product for your needs. For example, we have an ancient auto-opener, but it still works amazing. Instead of trying to sell us on a new one, she said keep the workhorse you have until it dies. She also suggested the correct r-rating for how we use our garage. Also, our garage siding is white, but we wanted a black door, and she suggested black capping to make it pop (our capping needed to be replaced), and the capping installer they work with did an amazing job with the black capping. Lead time was lengthy, but it was like that with every company that quoted us, and they met their time estimates.Jay and his team did a great job with the installation and are hilarious people to chat with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door.

Rockwood Garage Doors are the best to deal with. They are quick to get back to you if you need to leave a message or you email, they are quick to schedule an appointment and come in and diagnose the problem. They went out of their way to contact the manufacturer to confirm their warranty, and we were thrilled to find out that the warranty was for And the motor was completely covered. Their pricing is reasonable and they are always pleasant. Can trust this company 100% to not take advantage of you.We have dealt with on several occasions in different houses and have never been disappointed. I would recommend Jay and his team always.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Rockwood.The garage door broke unexpectedly right as we were finishing with another, less than competent contractor, for another project. I was hesitant to deal with a contractor again so soon but Phil was beyond fantastic. Honest site visit, honest estimate without any up-selling or pressure, and everyone from the company moved very quickly to fix our door. Stephanie was wonderful and super accommodating with means of communication and my busy schedule. Installers were fast, professional, and left the area spotless. Some of the side weather stripping had some defects in it and Stephanie has someone coming out within a couple of days to get it fixed.Could not be any happier with the way all of this went. Don't hesitate to use this company as they are great!

Jay came by at the time we scheduled to look at what I needed. He suggested a Liftmaster garage door opener. I did one of the two doors....cheaped out.A week later I called them back to do the other door.Great guys, great products, great service. Everything was neat and tidy. Amazing service. Called after-hours because our spring broke. They were awesome and even called back to make sure we didn't need to get the car out after hours. Told me they would call me in the morning which they did first thing. Showed up same day on time and overachieved while on site. Was exactly what I was quoted and invoicing was easy sent right to my email for Apple Pay. Highly recommended!
