Don't be fooled by the '5 star' reviews. Rudest, most unprofessional 'agent' I have ever interacted with (even for Vancouver). Everyone I know who has dealt with him has had the same experience.You do NOT want to do business with this person in any capacity. Especially as a client with this person representing your property. Would give negative stars if I could.

Me and my wife have been stayed as a tenant from Alex Ren Management for about 1 year. So far we feel that Alex was very responsive if we had a problem with the property matters, we don't have to wait days until Alex reply our text or email. We appreciate Alex Ren Property Management for the good work.

They are really great people. I lived in Vancouver for two years and Alex Ren Property Management was the agent I communicate with. They are so professional and also friendly. I didn't see any little issues while I live in the current rent home they managed. They are super quick/correct response with an exact guide/solution. I got also couple of help from them before/after living in the rent home. They are super reasonable and reliable too.Bottom line is, they are reliable and professional so you must go seeing them if you consider any services they have! Strongly recommend!

I am giving a 1 star review as Alex does not show proper care for our Landlords House, and he does not foster good working relationships with his tenants. More info is below for more details why.Myself and my family currently rent a home managed by Alex Ren Property Management. My wife and I are both professionals with Masters level education and we are currently waiting to have the oven repaired since March 2022 (at writing it is October 23rd). The oven is not safe to use and Alex has been unresponsive. The oven heats up extremely hot, locks, makes a horrible smell and will burn anything inside. We have been cooking everything stove top for months as we don’t want to risk the safety of the house.These problems were first communicated on March 20th, 2022 and after weeks of request he finally sent an unqualified handyman who has not resolved the issue. We have sent evidence that it is still dangerous, but he remains negligent on not providing repairs by a qualified technician.This has forced me to have to go to the BC Rental Tenancy Board for a dispute resolution. Normally I don’t give negative reviews, but for the owners sake of the home we live in, and for my kids I would like to cook for safely, this situation has made me have to take this approach.I am giving a 1 start review as I don’t believe he takes proper steps to maintain the owners home on safe and appropriate timelines, and he does not show any appropriate care for the tenants who live there.

I have rented a 3-bedroom unit in Vancouver with AlexRen. This was my first experience renting apartments in Canada, as we are newcomers to Canada. My experience is verypositive.

Alex and his team are very professional and effeciant. Before rent, he inspected my place, and gave me several suggestions for cleaning, locker, parking and furniture. After I moved out, his team cleaned and repaired my place. He found a good family to rent my place in about 2 weeks. Then he sent me a list of the things I need to do after rent out. I just followed his list because I believe in his professional. Very satisfied experience.
