As good of an experience as one can have when needing a tow after breaking down along the QEW on a Friday afternoon... Driver went above and beyond to help us, even dining a local mechanic who would be open on a Saturday to complete the repairs so we wouldn't be forced to incur huge expenses by having to extend our trip and miss work on Monday. Highly recommended!!!

My car did not start one morning. I called Allen's Towing and one of their tow operators came out to help me. He was very friendly. He hooked up my car and made sure that my car would stay on and assured me that I could get to where I was going and that I probably needed a new battery. I bought the new battery and had it installed. Thank you Allen's towing.

We were heading home from our Honeymoon when we had an issue with a rear tire on the QEW. Stranded in Canada, with nobody to call, unsure what to do, we contacted HBM and Howard answered.Even though it was almost 6pm, Howard went way above and beyond to help us out. He got us off the highway, took us to a hotel so we could get a room, took us to the repair shop and contacted to owner to put a rush on our repair so we could get home.The next morning, he even picked us up and took us to our vehicle! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We appreciated it greatly!

As my van broke down on the side of the highway in Vineland. I called the tow truck company due to the reviews. The lady on the phone she was very pleasant and nice. And the guy who tow my van ,was fast and efficient .All I can say is thank you!

We were lucky to have Shawn as a tow driver. He was the first person on site to ask my family how they were doing. He was even nice enough to give us a ride.Best customer service and very professional.Another towing company ( tried to take us but they were very agressif.I recommend Allen's towing to anyone in trouble in Niagara

Good communication- made sure I was safe. However told me 90mins after 90min they called again and said we will be 60 mins from now. Then at that point I was getting help from a Good Samaritan. They charged me cancellation rate of $200+ .
