Well for almost 18 years they have never failed me well once out of stock for 4 years but oh well so great awesomeness old shop has trickled over to the new shop a few more buys from me and i am retired so great staff and great items and pricing except the storage bins just saying oh well

Highly recommended by Princess Auto for your hose/tubing needs - especially for washing vehicles.I was looking for a very specific size tube to fit my vehicle’s differential fill hole at Princess Auto and I was informed to go here - and the staff who assisted me was very professional and provided me the specific size tube that gave me relief.Thank goodness this business exists. When I decide to install a custom wash system for my vehicle at home, I will return here and purchase the necessary hose(s) AND wand.

My experience with this company was very positive. I walked in with my pond pump that had a very unusual thread size on the inlet side and they were able to find the right size (5/8 inch) and help me to adapt it to the hose to my external filter as well. Super helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Worst company to deal with.Bought high pressure line less than year start leaking from crimping side . Manager start making excuses to avoid warranty that line exposed to high heat.But it never exposed to anything like that even it was covered with plastic loom.Not recommended.!!Update..Store manager agreed to refund me for new hose.As they sent old hose for inspection.Matter resolved.Appreciate for quick resolution.

I had a small issue with a 1/2 hose to a 3/8" hose because the vacuum canister I bought for a hundred bucks was 1/2 inch and 3/8. I went back to the same place and their fix was 127 bucks for bunch of expensive parts I didn't need

Wish more companies could be like this. Emailed a few questions. All answers were emailed back quickly. Built a new hose for my fryer oil caddie while i waited. Took about ten minutes. Also saved me about $500 on the stock replacement hose. Nice work guys keep it up.

Feel the one employee could use a little training in customer interaction one fellow in front of me was having trouble figuring out what he needed for his hose setup the employee proceeded to make comments that i found to be quite rude as the customer was just looking for a little help when my turn came around had pre ordered a few clamps and a chunk of hose got to till and employee had told me i only ordered clamps not a big deal but the little attentions to detail could definitely be worked on
