Take your business elsewhere!!! I would give 0 stars if google let me. Felt like the dentist was bullying me, she did not listen to my concerns, and instead pushed me toward very expensive procedures that I did not want OR need. They’ve set appointments for me that I did not make to try to make money off of me and my insurance plan. I later went to a far more professional dentist who confirmed none of what this office told me was accurate. Other friends and family members all have very similar experiences here. Dont waste your time or money.

To say going to the dentist is a joy with two kids 7 & 5 is almost unheard of - We have been going to see Dr. Oliver now since we are2 years old - she’s such a sweet kind and patient dentist! My two kids love her! We also seen a new dental hygienist today named Melissa … the cleaning she provided today was outstanding.. also the same , kind patient and gentle! Thanks for today’s service :) see you in February!

Appointment # 2 for fillings was a success for my 8 year old. Dentist and Dental Assistant were fabulous. Highly recommend!My 8 year old daughter who is terrified of any type of procedure and who just came from a very negative experience with a dentist in St John’s had a FABULOUS apt today! She had her very first filling which meant having to get a needle. Dr Oliver and the assistant were truly amazing. The assistant gave a very detailed summary and presentation of what to expect, including making a piece of a filling. They were patient and spoke calmly, nicely and reassuring to my daughter.

Had a new patient exam with Dr. Hiscock ( he was my choice of dentist). Very thorough, never felt rushed, truly polite and respectful . Listened to my concerns and issues . Explained everything in east to understand terms but never condescending ! Needed a small filling which he did right then at my visit today . Didn’t make up work to be done , thankfully, in fact reduced work I was told needing doing by another dentist I had past 2 years . Definitely the best choice was for me to now start going to bay Roberts dental clinic ! Thank you . June 22, 2023

Dr Noel and his assistant are the absolute best of the best. And the girls on the desk are very professional and helpful. They all know how to make you feel relaxed and well looked after. Amazing group of people.

First time patient & in for an emergency clinical. Very pleased with the out come. They refer me to Atlantic Dental for day surgery. Place is lovely & clean. The staff very friendly. Thank you Dr Brown & the Dental staff. Much appreciated! My children will be making their yearly checkup here.

The best of the best. Very friendly staff who are also very accommodating. The dentists and hygienists keep you informed as to what they are doing and are extremely good at what they do. I would never go anywhere else.

If you need braces, absolutely DO NOT go here. I’ve been waiting on a consult for six months and my appointment was cancelled three times, and because the doctor to do it wasn’t in. Cancelled very short notice. Not going here any more.
