This thing has changed. I have been a loyal banana republic customer for 4-5 years now. But this year I felt a significant change in the service and price. Doesn't seem any different from Old Navy. Need to keep an eye on pricing. I got a t-shirt for around 80$ and come next week it's already 50 percent off... I thought banana republic was always price and quality conscious while pricing but not anymore.

Worst customer service ever lately I been there customer for over 15 yrs was amazing but when staff changed after covid with so unprofessional people who can't resolve any situation but treats you very badly as if they are superior than you never going back to this location

Found good deals. Staff was friendly but I was surprised when I asked the sales associate about the return policy and he had to ask someone before giving me an answer. It gets very very busy on weekends

Awesome place for men’s and women shopping, very helpful staff. Today we went to buy a blazer but the size was not available with the store. The staff on duty not only guided us about the size but also helped us to know which can be the best place as per our requirement. Highly recommended place.

Love this store. It's a convenient location and super helpful staff. The selection here is also much better than the one at the premium outlets. You can get deals and discounts if you're subscribed to their emails.

Extremely poor customer service, untrained staff with absolutely no feelings for customer’s money. No manager is available to complain the rude behaviour of the lady who tried to to avoid exchange a shirt for a bigger size just because the tag was off and I didn’t carry the receipt. Everyone is advised to avoid shopping at this store.

This location offers a variety of unique clothing that are both high quality and cost effective. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Manager Donna helped me retrieve a lost item. She was very kind, positive, and friendly. Banana Republic is the only clothing I went to after stores opened for in store shopping. I've consistently been very pleased with it.

This is a factory outlet store and I have always found amazing deals here! Where else can you find a blazer for $10 - my mind was blown!Of course, you will have to search to find good deals. There is a price check machine through which you can easily check the prices (without getting someone's assistance!).
