Our dealings with Mike Robinson were much briefer than we expected - but in a very good way. Our previous agent from a few years ago turned out to have retired, but he strongly recommended his former co-worker.Mike met with us, and explained everything we needed to know, and confirmed the value of our house we could expect. He told us the minimum price we could expect, and what the asking price should be. When we signed up with him, he advised us on what we needed to do to our house to get it ready, then he arranged the photos, and put up the sign.On the day our listing went “live”, we very quickly had 10 appointments for viewings requested, with 6 of them being on that first day. In the middle of the afternoon Mike called to say that the third viewers had submitted a firm offer at our asking price. The house had hardly been on Realtor(.)ca for three hours when that offer came in. Mike went through all the details of the sales process, and explained each document very well. By 9pm, the “Sold” sign was up and everything was finalized.So would I recommend Mike? Absolutely. He was professional, knowledgable and overall very pleasant to deal with. Communication was excellent, meetings prompt, and overall a very nice guy too. I don’t think this process could have gone better in any way at all. Mike definitely knows his business. He priced the house correctly, dealt with the process efficiently, and got the desired result - and quickly! You won’t go wrong.
