I had a great experience with Phonorx. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenient location.Turn out my cell only needed a small repair. They didn’t even charge me. I can only say that this was the worst customer service I have received anywhere. I took my phone in and an upgraded phone to have the Sim cards changed over and realized I needed the data switched over as well. I asked the clerk if they did that service, he said yes no problem we can do that. It’s gonna take a couple hours. Ask me for my phone number and my password on the phone I gave him all the information he needed or asked for, when I arrived back to pick up my phone. I check to see my text message history and it was empty on both phones . I looked at my pictures. They were also deleted, . I lost all my text messages and also all the pictures that I wanted transferred to the new phone. What he had done was transfer the new phones data onto my old phone and left the new phone with the data that it came with.After reaching out to the owner of the company he said that he would be able to see me the following day and possibly fix or recover the deleted data. When I arrived at the store the following day Shawn the owner was not present , the employee that was present asked if he could help and after he had called the owner he explained the situation to the owner. He then explained to me that there was nothing he could do and the data was unrecoverable. I would highly recommend that nobody ever visit this store for any of the services that they provide I only gave this review a 1 star rating because I couldn’t give them a lower rating.

Best place for affordable, reasonable phone repair in Hamilton!! Gives you a time and a price before you agree, charged me under $100 for severe water damage! Very kind service from Raghav! Will definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Switched to Koodo today. Was helped by Ardip. He was very friendly and thorough. We got a great deal ($30 less than Virgin with 2x data). Would definitely recommed based on this experience.

Fantastic experience here with Kay! I upgraded my Google Pixel 2xl to a Pixel 7. I was worried about not having the same setup (apps, photos, etc.). But everything was transferred over seamlessly and fairly quickly. Very happy about how everything went!
