Bulk Barn
The best shop in town if you want material for baking and don’t care about money. LOL. The price are the problem here but instead of buying from many stores, all is here. Beside material for baking, You can find almost everything from food for pets (parrot, cat, dog) to tea, coffee, medicine. I tried to take as many pictures as possible so everyone can find the price and all items that are available in store.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping here and I was a regular weekly costumer till today that the cashier (138) was so rude while she was so nice to the previous customer who was native. As long as she saw me as an international person even didn’t say hi or anything and behaved so rude! These discriminations seem to be so awkward these days!!!

I have been a regular weekly customer of Bulk Barn McIntyre Centre for quite some time. I have always enjoyed the wonderful customer service and pleasant cashiers until yesterday. I am considering taking my business back to The Bulk store in westfort. Cashier was absolutely rude and snippy with me. Wouldn't even give me a chance to talk!

The older gentleman cashier was so nice! He explained the new procedures and where things were as I haven’t been in a bulk barn since before the pandemic. The new procedures are well thought out and reasonable, although the use and waste of so many plastic gloves is sad I’m not sure what the alternative would be.I will return I got some good deals on some every day products and some snacks too!

Any time I've gone here over the years I've always found the staff very rude. I've been going to Bulk Zone instead where the staff are very helpful and friendly and the prices and selection better. Today I needed one thing and was next door to the the Bulk Barn so thought I'd run in and give it a try again. Once again the staff extremely rude and not helpful. Also poor selection. I can't believe this place is still in business. I won't go back no matter what. Recommend Bulk Zone, you'll see the drastic difference.

I do like some of the stuff they have, but I agree with some of the other reviews about stale products. My biggest pet peeve is the unstirred nut butters. If you don't dig deep in the pails, all you get is oiled down part of the nut butter. I like to get almond, peanut, hazelnut, and cashew butters. They don't stock one of my main ingredients anymore, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste. This product always brought me there, so I, of course, would grab a couple of other things while I was there. There's no reason to specifically go there anymore. Prices are a little high.

I enjoy shopping here. They almost always have the things I am looking for.When Covid hit, they took real and meaningful steps. They had an employee walk with you through the store to use the scoops and fill the bags so that customers weren't touching everything. Now, they give you a squirt of sanitiser and some gloves and ask you to follow the arrows. They also take limiting the amount of people in the store very seriously.
