Best CIBC branch ever! Their client services manager Mrs Grewal is always around to help and is a very friendly and knowledgeable person.We deal with my financial advisor Mr. Kamlesh and he is the best one I have ever dealt with, provides the best customer service, always answers our calls and get back to us right away with answers and help we need.We also deal with our mortgage advisor Deepika who is also so helpful and provides the best information needed at any time. This branch is far from where we live but we don’t change because of the extremely helpful staff.Highly recommended

It's alright. The wait times whilst in line are either super speedy, or a half hour of standing. So far all the staff have been nice/friendly. This is probably one of the better ones to go to, based on my interactions with the staff! I wish they had a coffee machine for customers.

What a gong show!! So I'm with CIBC (and I have been for almost 17 years) and this morning I had to go get a new bank card but that didn't happen all because I didn't have photo ID (I had a photo declaration of Identity from a Commissioner of oaths) they legitimately held my money from me and then when I said You can't do that

Great customer service. I often come to this bank and all of their staff is very friendly. They are always happy to help.I recently brought my grandmother here for her accounts and Vaibhav helped us a lot and made my grandmother feel comfortable through the whole process. The management is also very professional.10/10 for this branch.

Rude Customer Services!I came to this CIBC branch (12720 - 137 Ave. Edmonton) on Dec 29, 2022 , around noon time, to withdraw money with a variety of bill types. I stepped up to the teller when it's my turn, without looking at me, she said bluntly: wait a second". About 5 minutes passed

This branch has really bad service. No service on a regular week day for no good reason while other branches are still operating. ATM not available after hour. I was also told no appointment available after 4PM on any day. If you are living in this neighborhood, may want to find different banks as the service here is no available or not reliable.

Rajeev Kaler highly knowledgeable , intelligent and friendly person I met in my life. He explained me everything so nicely so I can understand. He knows what he is doing and understand the needs of other people. My mom and I I went in to do my banking and this teller helped me with everything I needed her name i think is Geeta she was super friendly and very nice to talk to I think she is new but she handled everything so professionally I definitely think she’s a big asset to this company!
