I’m a little skeptical of five guys because the ones in BC have really gone downhill with quality and atmosphere. They used to yell your order and be quite lively before, which is exactly how I felt coming into this location. Even later at night they were very friendly and put out fresh fries. A great location with excellent quality burgers, hot dogs and shakes. Would absolutely go back to this location on the way back through town

Great food here but, Ill make it a five star review when they fix the paper towel dispenser so it no longer lets the towel directly down on top of the toilet… disgusting and easily avoidable.

I just want to share my experience about this location. I was here yesterday, and i told one the staff that i would like to speak to a supervisor, when she came out, i asked her if they are hiring, she said that “currently we are not hiring” then walk away right away, how rude! Is that how to talk to people that looking for a job? I understand when she said “they are not hiring” but don’t be rude. Actually this is the second time trying to apply in this location, maybe i just forgot that she is rude, not sure if she is just rude to me. She didnt even look at me. (Thanks!)No complain about the store, washroom or the food, just her (not sure if this lady is a supervisor or manager or owner, because she dont look like and she dont act like one).Im just sayin!

I forgot how good this place was. We hadn't been since it first came to Medicine Hat. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. While we were eating I noticed someone was always doing something, cleaning or restocking the peanuts. The spicy fries were our favorite and not too" spicy just really flavorful. Please note however

The food was good as always. Five guys is always great. The service though was very very bad. The cashier was short and rude, complaining he was sick at work. The other employees were barking at the skip driver who came to pick up an order. Just made the experience worse by a lot.

Food was good, except some worker smacking his broom against the bucket as hard as he could for half an hour while we were waiting in line for 10 mins and while we were eating lmao. I understand cleaning is necessary but to the point where it's irritating is annoying especially after you spend 40 dollars on a meal and want to sit down and enjoy it.

ordered skip. i got the wrong order- i understand that is not their fault and instead skip the dishes fault, however i tried phoning them to hear the options and they were incredibly rude and hostile. they did not attempt to solve the issue- not even giving me the skip help line, and instead showed great ignorance. disappointed, as this used to be the place me and my family go every month

Bathroom paper towel dispenser is too close to toilet in mens washroom. The fresh paper comes right down on to the too of the toilet and its disgusting and disturbing. I seen another review with the same thing on it and they haven’t even responded so its obvious no one checks the reviews on here. Bad choice on the restaurants part. Good food but i cant give even 3 stars until they fix this serious health issue. Not to mention the bathrooms aren’t exactly the cleanest so that is why it is so bothersome …
