Medicine Hat Dental and their team was great! My Hygienist Kaila was very informative and gentle during my cleaning. They direct billed to my dental insurance so all I had to pay was my portion. Great job guys! Highly recommend.

All the staff at Med Hat Dental are so kind! I had broke one of my teeth and they got me in right away Monday morning. Dr. Zemp took his time in walking me through everything and discussing X-rays with me! You can tell they have an incredible team and the environment is comforting! Definitely the best dental office I’ve been to!

Dr. Mason dealt with me today on a removal. Awesome communication about the situation the entire visit. Very happy with his service. Reception and his helper that day were also awesome, in pain I may have let a cuss word out but they just laughed and insured me sometimes in alot of pain we say things we don't mean to say out loud ha. Very professional crew over there, not to often I'm not stressed about my next appt, but this time I'm not. Thanks guys!

I had a lovely first visit to this dental clinic. The staff were super pleasant and accommodating. My cleaning was superb and Dr.Mason was definitely thorough and listened to any of my concerns. I most definitely recommend Medicine Hat Dental clinic if you are in need of a new dentist!

Dr. Mason Zemp is exceptional and very personable. Donna, the Hygienist is great, and you couldn't ask for better front desk staff. Highly recommend going to Medicine Hat Dental!

I have been coming here for over 10 years! Dr. Mason brings a fresh perspective and a sense of humour when it comes to my oral health. He redid some fillings of mine and reassured me that the freezing was “just a pinch!”. He is a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

First time visiting my sons got super hero capes and were welcomed so warmly the whole team was amazing and easy going. What a wonderful first experience they had they went to daycare and showed off their stuff and talk about going back. I hope the next visit is just as easy for them my experience with dentist as a child was very scary. So I'm happy it wasn't like that for them. Thank you! I 100000% recommend them to anyone who might be scared.
