Service quality has progressively went down. At one time used to be the best bike shop in town, now they seem to be less interested about quality and relationships and more interested in how fast they can take your money and get you out the door.

Im new to cycling and I wouldn’t recommend this shop staff was unhelpful and seemed to just want to get you out the door without confirming the parts they sold you are compatible and would work. Overall very negative experience and will be avoiding them in the future.

Do not buy at this store, I returned my bike year 2020 and they charged me 200 CAD. Not recommending this store because they take hard earned money.

Bought a new bike, great service and friendly staff. Jack helped me and he was fantastic. Answered all my questions and set up my bike perfectly. The kind of service that makes you come back and tell your friends and family too. If you are looking for a new bike, you should go to Bruce's. Bike mechanics there are all super nice, helpful and awesome as well. A+++

Don't stand by their cheap substandard parts.Got new tube and it went flat within 2 weeks. Spoke to them on the phone and they were super friendly, made it sound like they had a warranty. I brought it in and then they replaced, even though they said they would call me before doing anything. Then they said it was our fault, and wanted full price. How hard would it be to admit they sold me a dud and take 5 bucks off? Took tube to a better shop (Doug's) and they said they would never sell such a low quality item to anyone.
