Up until December 8th of this year, I loved Shisha Shop, and have been a loyal customer for years.Suddenly, this last order has been a nightmare. It's been 9 days since I ordered and paid and I've received nothing. Not even a response to my inquiries. Wondering what's up!

Shisha shop is definitely the way to go to get your hookah tobacco. I messaged them on Facebook messenger asking question cause I had some concerns. They did not hesitate to answer all of them. Their customer service/support, 10/10. The flavours they have are amazing. I’m smoking al fakher peach. By far my favourite. Can’t wait to try the other flavours I got. Shisha shop is my go to now. Highly recommend ordering from them

Before I placed my order, I sent Shisha Shop a message on IG asking alot of questions, they were super responsive almost immediately, they answered all my questions and shipped my items out super quickly. They have a really nice selection of Khalil Maymoon hookahs, among other kinds of hookahs, and their selection varies from super affordable to to very fancy, I haven't received my Hookah yet but I looked up other reviews and I'm confident it won't disappoint. They also ship along with your KM hookah cleaning brushes, which I can not stress enough how important that is! The KM bundle is a really good value if you're looking for a starter kit. Finally, their selection of shisha flavors is really nice, its also great that they offer bundles in flavors as well, finding fakher in Montreal is pretty difficult, finding starbuzz is practically impossible, finding all your hookah needs in one place is so nice and convenient!
