Ali at Robson's street Telus had an answer for everything. He was so patient with me to configure all the service that I wanted to my liking. Also the information he provided was very easy to follow. The personality was very welcoming as well. He also called to check if evrything is ok on my services.

Ali was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to take in my requirements and find a great plan that fits my needs. Would highly recommend.

I made an appointment at 5:30 PM. I got 2 texts, 1 email and a call from Aman to confirm the appointment. However, when I got there (2 minutes early) after waiting 15 minutes, I asked Aman how long more do I have to wait and he said I have to wait at least 30 more minutes.But maybe more. He didn't provide this information to me voluntarily. I had to ask. The evening hour is our personal time when we want to spend time with our family. Why make appointments and confirm the time when Telus cannot honor their appointment times? I do not give my business to people who do not respect my time and neither should you.Update: I already signed up with another provider.

Don’t want to give even one star. Had so bad experience with this shop. They were not helpful at all when I asked about the plan saying all information can be found in the website, and told me to come when I ready to have the plan. I felt they ignored me as not a local, and their attitude suddenly changed when a couple visited them at the same time to ask about the plan.

Thanks for the help and passion of today's staff while canceling the koodo contract.Whithout that help and support we would have had a lot of issues.Super friendly people.
