Bought a dishwasher from these guys that had a slow leak, we returned it to get service and it sat for 3 weeks with them. They wanted us to pick out a different model that they had on the floor, but nothing really matched what we wanted. When they got new stock that was similar to what we had originally purchased Rob let us know and we found the same dishwasher in brand new condition to replace the one that was broken. I could have done without hand washing dishes for 3 weeks, but hey, it all worked out in the end. Would have been five stars had they been a little bit more forthcoming with the communication.

This is the second time Shopping at UHAW, i purchased an 33 LG Fridge in 2018 and had a great experience then! This brought us back for this purchase for our new home now

Great service. Friendly staff. Delivery staff efficient and friendly. Purchased a used oven that ended up having electrical issues. Went and picked out a different unit and was credit what I had paid. Nonworking unit picked up at the time new choice was delivered. I’m so thankful for their friendly and patient service.ThanksJodi

We Debated on an LG or Kenmore oven 5 years ago. We ended up purchasing the LG Oven from here, got it home and a burner didn't work.Called up UHAW and they returned the next day with the Kenmore Oven replacement in a truck, brought the old one out, and the new one in. No fees or Hassle. Its been 5 years. It's still going strong.Great selection and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly.Sorry it took so long to put up a review. I never had a google account.

We have purchased from them twice now and have gotten amazing service from both! They will deliver, install and then remove the existing appliance! Have found them super friendly every time and the little issues we had were resolved immediately! We highly recommend them to all our friends and family, especially those who are landlords.. they made replacing appliances in our rentals a breeze!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!If I could give more stars I would! I have been on the phone and in stores for the last few days trying to find a specific small appliance for a client and I seemed to only be met with sales associates that didn't help or care. Then I found Tammy at the Appliance Warehouse today and even in the busyness of her day she went above and beyond for me. I am not sure if the client will move forward on the selection from Appliance Warehouse but I do know I will be a client in the future!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Purchased a stand up freezer that decided to turn off on it's own destroying $1900 worth of meat just purchased. When we called in we were told we were literally a week over the 1 year warranty. We explained that we weren't asking for a new freezer or even the $1900 back. Instead we were asking they look and repair the issue that led to that damage.We were told no, and that if we wanted a repair man they could send one but we would incur all costs, as well if we wanted we could bring it in and also incur all costs.We asked if they could please make an exception we would be willing to even bring it in. We were told NO.Yes we understand there is a 1 year warranty however, if you value your customers and want return clients/referrals you usually try to make something like that right. They only give a 1 year warranty for a reason... Most their stuff doesn't last beyond that so if you're thinking you're getting a steal, think again... You'll end up needing to buy that one from home depot in the end anyway.Talked to a few people that knew right away which place I was talking about when I said my issue.So here is your warning.. WALK AWAY, save for one from a place that can give you a decent warranty.
