Luminous Heart Somatic Counselling & Breathwork

I was so blessed to have participated in weekly healing sessions with Sekhina for about 8 weeks. It has created many positive shifts in my life that I was longing for on a deeper level.She created a beautiful and non-judgemental space with healing touch, breathwork, light language and more. This safe space allowed the negative beliefs, traumas and dysfunctional patterns that were ready to be transmuted to be brought to the surface.For example, our sessions helped me realize which limiting patterns I acquired as child that were holding me back in my adult life. From there, Sekhina coached me with positive ways to reparent my inner child as well as other tools to help me with confidence and self-love.What really added to the sessions was the weekly on-demand support. We did this once or twice a week via brief messages on Telegram &/or phone calls to help with processing issues popping up as they happened.Sekhina has such a nurturing, authentic, loving presence that is so rare in in the ‘counselling’ world. She truly is a gem!

Sekhina so quickly became my favourite person ever. The love I have for her is unreal. She will hold my hand through the hardest of feels, yet always make sure that I feel safe through it all. She's adapted to the best approaches that work for me, and is literally training me to take the lead with every session.Sekhina always makes me feel like a hero. She's also got the perfect balance between letting me express my feelings no matter how ridiculous they can get, and not letting me get stuck in the stories I tell myself. Meeting Tameeza felt like reuniting with a long lost sister. I have had many different counselling experiences in the past and Tameeza was the first to make me feel truly safe, accepted, and most of all seen.I was actively looking for a more holistic counselling approach and found that and so much more with Tameeza. I started with a one on one quantum counselling session and was then invited to join a women's kundalini dance session, which was the first such event I have attended, and was made to feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported.With only these two experiences I feel my healing journey had been propelled into the next level. I decided to try a breath work session for the first time and with Tameeza’s gentle and supportive guidance I had a wonderful and transcendent experience.I cannot recommend Luminous Heart enough. Tameeza is keenly intuitive and a master at guiding you to the answers within yourself. I could not be more grateful to have found her in this lifetime.

Meeting Sekhina was fate. I am so grateful to be able to recieve her love, support, and guidance in my spiritual journey. She goes above and beyond in ensuring that you feel welcomed and safe in her space. I highly recommend Luminous Heart and her caring genuine heart. You can really feel her intuitive connection and her humbleness as she worked through some tough emotional stuff with me that I needed to release. I find her energy to be spiritual and quite mindful with my needs as the client. She really has a way of making you feel safe and comfortable. has helped me greatly on my spiritual journey and helped me to understand how to release emotions and heavy energy. I was feeling very out of it and over stimulated from all the pent up emotions and stress and she helped me to get that energy moving and felt very refreshed afterwards and my whole system was able to relax finally. Sekhina provides an incredibly safe space for breathwork and counselling. She is very intuitive and has deep empathy and compassion that makes it easy to talk about, feel and express sometimes painful and challenging emotions. After each session with her I noticed clear tangible changes in myself that came up during the week after, giving me greater clarity and the ability to make some big shifts. I highly recommend booking some breath work sessions with her if you are looking to release some old energy/patterns for yourself and let them go for good.

I feel soo lucky to meet Sekhina in my journey. She made me feel comfortable from the start. She allowed me to be myself and assured me that her place was safe to be vulnerable. She was patient with me and I never felt pushed. I felt that she genuinely cares about her patients' experiences and their progression. She truly has an intuitive gift and fully understands. There are no words, you just have to experience her and the magic of breathwork. Personally, I felt 100 times better after the breathwork session compared to going in. She is amazing!
