Cooper Equipment Rentals

Truly dissapointed in the customer service at this establishment. When renting an escavator, I was told that the cost was $210 plus gas. Seemed reasonable enough. I was asked for $1000 deposit which was charged to my account. I had the machine dropped off which I assumed was included in the cost because i wasnt told any difference. In fact there was no charge on my reciept for delivery. I used the machine for 4 hours after which i called them and told them they could pick it up anytime. They did not pick it up the next day so I called again. For 3 days I continued to call to have the machine picked up. When they finally picked up the machine i recieved a reciept for $210. Got my credit card bill in and they charged $1000 dollars. Made several phone calls to have it rectified. Always a promise of a phone call back, yet none recieved. Had to go dpwn personally and argue with them about the charges. They told me they charged me $453 for the rental which includes delivery. They said that i was getting a deal since they usually charge $105 for delivery each way and they only charged $80. I am literally less then 5 km away. I told them I have $1000 charge. They said they refunded the difference. After a small argument, I got the credit card company on the phone and they finally realized that they credited the wrong credit card after arguing that that couldnt have happened. When attempting to correct the situation the guy tried to rip me off by crediting the amount of the bill instead of the difference. Very poor staff amd management here. Stay away..

We rented two generators for our outdoor tent wedding from Jesse Denouden and Domenic who's service was unlike any other we've ever experienced! Jesse delivered the generators and gave us a detailed rundown on how they worked. Generators ran perfectly. Customer service was great! We highly recommend Cooper equipment rentals in Bolton.

Good service and lots available but pricey

Great customer service. Rented scaffolding to hang a chandelier. Drop off and pick up was on time and great prices!

stood there at the counter for good few minutes, while two office gents were conversing with each other, I must have looked translucent to them.Even after they finished conversation, my presence was not registering, even after I said 'hello there' they were shuffling papers on their desks, I turned around walking towards the door, nobody stopped me...Went to Home Depot..That happened a month ago, went there today giving your company another chance, but the level of enthusiasm to help a client, plus price list made me walk away again.Oh boy, I miss Albion Rental and Carl Sant at the helm...
