We had the pleasure of meeting Karen and sitting down with her and discussing how to buy a property for the first time. Gave us some great information about this particular property and how to obtain more. In the long run she saved our skin as she was able to uncover some things that we either overlooked or omitted. Cosy little office in a cosy part of town.

Excellent service. Karen did a will and living will for me. She did excellent work and included many vital aspects that I did not even thought about. Highly recommended.Recently (2019) Karen also bought and sold a home for me. All the paperwork were accurately done and title research etc. very thoroughly. Again excellent service.

Friendly but horrible service. bought a house using them. unorganized. files everywhere out in the open. nothing put away. had to call all the time to stay on top of them. last minute always. new to buying house, didn't help me through the process at all. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't of even gotten a copy of the contract at all had I not called them to ask for it......again.

This is the worst lawyer that anyone could ever hire! I have been trying to contact this lawyer about my father's will and PoA for a month now with no return call. She must be enjoying the money she charged him since she is absolutely useless. Hopefully one say a better lawyer will come to that little town who cares about her clients and their families.
