This was by far the worst experience. They weren’t present during business hours me and my sister ordered a midsize SUV and they gave us a Ford Fusion. Then we had to wait around because the tenant was nowhere to be found when we needed to request a bigger vehicle. The person helping us was super rude and not helpful in any way. 10/10 do not use this service

My rental car had very squeaky breaks. Not only was it an annoyance but it also had me feeling unsafe driving down mountain passes. I asked the customer service rep to note the break problem. He said “I can try but their not going to do anything about it”.Customer service people, don’t say that to customers, just say okay and file the complaint. Stating nothing will be done about a complaint makes the service rep and the company look extremely bad. I will be calling Avis direct to file a complaint on the car breaks and also the lack of service from the customer service kid.

Brought the car back within 24 hours. No one at the counter. Was charged for an extra day. Was given a car with a half full tank of gas. More than filled it past half. Was charged refueling charge. Car was dirty to start with.
