This place is not open to the public ...too small for the traffic...the affordable parking is down the highway about 500 meters from the entrance to the facility...makes for a sketchy walk on a two lane with no lights or sidewalk ffs ..parking at the terminal is only for the privileged, as its always empty but somehow always sold out...funny I guess unless you're staring a delivery van in the headlights...pfft

Nice and clean. Follow strict COVID-19 protocol. Free wifi. They only allow check in 2 hours before the flight so if you come earlier than u will be standing out in the lobby.

Would appreciate having water bottles back. Crew members are so polite no matter what and are very respectful. Flight 1602 from Edmonton to Firebag was delayed, but they were so accommodating to our needs. I appreciate them.
