Disappointed but I won’t order from them again. I ordered the “florist’s choice” and paid extra for deluxe ($65) to be delivered. Wasn’t deluxe. Very basic, all mums with leather fern, see photo. Tried to call to confirm the order was indeed deluxe - they don’t answer the phone. Could have just bought bouquets from the variety store for $8.99 - comparison photo attached. Ordered from them before and it was as expected. Don’t put your trust in “florist’s choice”.

Beautiful flowers delivered to my mum as a surprise in Canada, to celebrate UK Mothers Day. The order was completed online as I am in the UK, after hunting around I decided to go with Forest of Flowers, they were local to mum, offered next day service and had some promising reviews. It is a bit worrying when you are looking at pictures online, however my mum loved the flowers, better than website picture, what a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Forest of Flowers! I will be back next year :)

Very rude. Went to pick up flowers on Valentine’s Day. Extremely rude didn’t say hi or bye or greeted anybody avoid if you want to not give money to snobby rude folks.

Best Flower service I ever received. The lady was very helpful while placing the order as it was not going through when i was ordering online. She ensured to follow up with me and took my correct order. I placed rose flower of 6 with birthday card and birthday balloon for my sister birthday. First the price is so affordable, second arrangement of flowers was beyond my expectation, third they also delivered it with vase and its food which was the best. I have recommended to my social circle already. Please stay like this as now there are so many florist in business but too pricy and quality of service is not as remarkable as yours.

Had to come here very last minute to grab a bouquet of flowers. I didn't pre order anything but they were able to customize one of their premade bouquets to my liking. Prices were very good as well, service was friendly and the employee (can't remember her name unfortunately) was very accommodating and did a great job.

Came there today to get flowers for my anniversary, and they had a special; 2 dozen roses for 39.99, I think its 30 for 1 dozen regularly. Other places I've checked had absurd prices for their flowers.I've been here a few times now and the flowers are fresh, look nice and last longer than those at the grocery store (no offense, if you're on a budget those are fine!).The lady that helped me was really friendly and helpful in picking out the flowers. She did a great job wrapping it and suggesting addons for it. -- I get that upselling is part of their job, it's a business after all! but she asked the occasion and suggested things to suit it.
